For the Group Flight, which is priced at $1560/person, a deposit of $200/person reserves your seat(s), with two additional payments to cover the balance by the Utilization Date in mid-November, which is the date we have to tell the airlines how many seats we need for the group.

Coach Chad is requiring that ALL Players purchase a seat on the Group Flight, so that the team can travel together and because the Coaches will be on these flights to supervise any unaccompanied minors for international travel.

The price of $1560 per person is for “Main Economy” seats, including 1 checked bag, 1 carry-on & 1 personal item. Upgrades to Premium Economy or Business Class are NOT available with the Group Flight.

If you have not registered for the trip yet but now want to sign up, you can register by adding a “Player Package” or “Supporter Package” to your account after clicking the link to the registration page above, and then adding the “Group Flight on KLM/Delta” option during initial registration.

If you are already registered for the trip, to add the Group Flight please sign in to your account and then:

Select “Add-on – Group Flight on KLM/Delta”
You will select the same number of seats on the group flight as people registered within your account / family.
The deposit to commit to the Group Flight is $200/person, with the payment plan as outlined above.
In order to follow the payment schedule, please be sure to add the flight ASAP.
Utilization Date is Friday, November 13th – Last Day to Add/Cancel Flight
This is the date we have to tell the airline how many seats we need for the group, so this is the date the final balance is due.
While we have 33 total seats reserved for purchase on the Group Flight, please remember we need a minimum of 10 passengers to purchase the Group Flight to keep the seats and the price.

As a reminder, upon arrival in Lisbon, the bus will be scheduled to pick up Group Flight passengers for the 10:30 AM arrival on Saturday, March 6th.
